(DC) Case of deceased John Daniel, who sued Teamsters Union under fed. Securities and Exchange Acts when he didn't receive pension on retirement as he'd been promised detailed. Film shown. Supreme Court ruling that securities laws don't apply to pension funds stated; Justice Lewis Powell's opinion for unanimous Court quoted. Daniel's attys. said still able to bring other lawsuits.
