Accident recalled; scenes shown. [Chief engineer Gennadi YAROSLAV - (thru translator) says problems corrected.] Engineers responsible for accident noted in prison. Officials reported claiming glasnost and other reforms successful. USSR 's honesty with regard to long-term health effects of accident discussed. Chernobyl radiation exposure compared to Hiroshima and Nagasaki. Scientists reported desiring to study evacuees and workers.
