(Studio) Nonpartisan mayoral primary in Cleveland tomorrow announced; major issues said municipal economy and Mayor Dennis Kucinich.

(Cleveland, Ohio) Kucinich's inauguration recalled. [MAN - applies for position of court jester in court of "King Dennis."] Kucinich's difficulties with city council since then recalled. [July 1978, KUCINICH and CNCL. - exchange comments.] The mayor's successful alienation of big business and news media noted. [KUCINICH - comments on channel 5 and 8.] Kucinich's survival of recall effort, Cleveland's default, and city's loss of credit rating recalled. [KUCINICH - says they won't have money to meet payroll.] Kucinich's present campaign for reelec. examined. [WOMAN - comments on lack of police protection.] Apparent fanatically loyal following noted.
