[People's Regional Opportunity Program spokesperson Ken FINNEGAN - notes number of people served before funds were exhausted.] [Blanche KINNEY - comments on government] Congress action with regard to situation outlined on screen. [Representative Thomas O'NEILL - urges approval of larger program.] Time involved in congress consideration of emergency measures noted.
