Committee reported deciding that Jim Wright's friend George Mallick had direct interest in legislature; details recalled of gifts that Mallick gave Wright. [Representative Thomas TAUKE - comments on situation.] Wright noted not attending tribute to Thomas "Tip" O'Neill. Committee's final report noted similar to an indictment; details given. Representative Newt Gingrich noted urging tough action against Wright.
