(DC: Fred Francis) Explosion aboard USS Iowa recalled. Navy investigators reported failing to find accidental cause for explosion; crew member quoted. Investigation reported focusing upon crew members Clayton Hartwig (killed) and Kendall Truitt (survived); details given of their relationship. Truitt noted attempting to collect money from Hartwig's insurance policy. Investigators quoted with regard to Truitt and his possible homosexual relationship with Hartwig.
