(Budapest, Hungary: Peter Kent) E. German "Monica" shown contemplating run across Hungarian border into Austria; dangers faced by refugees discussed. [GIRL - doesn't want to return to East Germany.] [Catholic aid dir. Csilla von BOESELAGER - says Hungary has been generous to refugees.] [Dep. interior minister Guy ZOLTAN - (thru translator) comments on situation.] W. Germany noted granting citizenship to all Germans.
