[Cambridge Energy Research Association's Daniel YERGIN - says these cars are inconvenient.] President Bush's proposed Clean Air Act discussed. [Natural Resources Defense Council's Richard AYRES - says real source of pollution is power plants.] Cost of pollution controls noted inevitably passed on to consumers.
