[US ambassador to Bolivia Robert GELBARD - urges economic aid to Bolivia.] [Former DEA (Drug Enforcement Administration) administrator Peter BESINGER - comments on drug shipments to United States from Peru.] DEA (Drug Enforcement Administration) reported asserting increase in wholesale price of cocaine; details given of possible decrease of supply of cocaine because of crackdown in Colombia. [American Council for Drug Education Lee DOGOLOFF - says summit is meaningless if demand for drugs is not decreased.]
