(Managua: Ed Rabel) Issue of property rights in Nicaragua reported controversial; details given of changing laws; scenes shown of former land owner Alicia Ibarra, whose land was confiscated by the Sandinistas in 1980. Poor people (some named) who now live on land once owned by Ibarra reported having no home if land is returned. [IBARRA - (thru translator) comments on situation.] Sandinistas' land title program discussed.
