(Ignalina, Lithuania: Dennis Murphy) The danger of an accident at the nuclear power plant in Ignalina, Lithuania, that supplies energy to most of the Baltic region examined; scenes shown of plant and of its twin in Chernobyl, USSR , where the meltdown occurred in 1986. [World Bank energy analyst Anthony CHURCHILL, Lithuania parliament member Janus TIMULUS - talk about dangers.] Plant said run by Russian nationals because no Lithuanians are trained to do so.
