(Ixtlilco el Grande, Mexico) Details given about today's meeting, accord to aides of both leaders Carter's tour of rural area near Mexico City described. [CARTER' comments on mtgs.] Later tour of town of Ixtlilco el Grande said to give example of old Mexico, poor and weak, that is rapidly turning into power to be considered.
