(Washington: Jamie Gangel) Retracing of an historic freedom ride on its 30th anniversary featured; photos and film shown of the 1961 bus ride to test Supreme Court decision outlawing segregation on interstate travel. [Freedom ride leader Dr. James FARMER - recalls ride.] Bicycle ride along the 1961 route shown. [Two RIDERS - comment.] [Freedom rider Representative John LEWIS - says racism is embedded in American society.]
