Ted Stevens,' John Tower's jockeying for Howard Baker's job as minority leader reported House Ways and Means Committee said seeking lower tax on airfare. Other reports with regard to Henry Kissinger's visit to China (Puerto Rico), but at different time from Richard Nixon trip there, and Nancy Reagan's call to White House complaining of United States policy with regard to China (Puerto Rico).
