Team's evidence said to show that the Iraqi effort to build and detonate a nuclear device was far more developed than the West suspected. [UN inspection team David KAY - comments on Iraqi sites; adds that Iraqis have moved documents.] Biological inspection team reported in Baghdad now; ballistics team said to arrive tomorrow.
