(New York: Robert Bazell) Allegation that Upjohn fraudulently withheld information about the side effects of Halcion featured. [Psychiatrist Dr. Ian OSWALD - comments.] Halcion side effects listed. Case of Nandel Wakazer accused of murdering her son while under the influence of Halcion reported. Prosecutors reported dropping charges against Ilo Grunberg after she claimed addiction to Halcion made her kill her mother; her lawsuit against Upjohn noted. Upjohn reported releasing a statement today about the fraud allegation; FDA (Food and Drug Administration) said looking into the allegation.
