[Mortgage holder Jay EISENBERG, mortgage HOLDER - talk about being overcharged.] [Minnesota attorney general Hubert HUMPHREY - says consumers were ripped off.] [GMAC Mortgage Corporation Richard GILLESPIE - says GMAC practices comply with requirements.] [Representative Bruce VENTO - talks about US Housing and Urban Development enforcement of the law.] Estimate given of the total amount owed by mortgage companies to homeowners nationwide.
