(Los Angeles: Keith Morrison) Case of Clarence Chance and Benny Powell, who it appears were wrongly convicted of killing a Los Angeles policeman and are serving time in prison, featured. [Deputy district attorney Peter BOZANICH - says the men were convicted unfairly.] [POWELL - says police knew he was innocent.] [CHANCE - says the case was fabricated.] [Wrongful convictions investigator Jim McCLOSKEY, defense attorney Barry TARLOW - say Chance and Powell were framed by the police officers.] Lead detective on the case William Hall reported insisting there was no wrongdoing.
