(Studio) Justice Department statements that indictments will be coming soon of several oil companies for selling old oil at new oil prices given. Rptd. that Pentagon's buildup of forces in Mideast is only few more naval ships sailing through the Suez Canal; that service empls. union has decided to support Jerry Brown in 1980 president election campaign; that Republicans on House Judiciary Committee intend to ask for special prosecutor in Bert Lance case, which Attorney General Griffin Bell will probably not do; and that new NATO commander Bernard Rogers is considering reintroduction of red and black berets to improve Army morale.
