(New York: John Miller) Efforts by lobbyists to get the US government to go easy on Libyan leader Muammar el-Kadhafi with regard to the two Libyans accused in the bombing of Pan Am Flight 103 examined; secret videotape shown of lobbyists C. McLane Haddow and Val Miller hired by businessman Henry Karchner meeting with families of the bombing victims to offer them compensation and with Representative Ron Packard, who said he would open communications with Libya.
