No. of refugees that have fled to Thailand, Maylaysia, Indonesia, Hong Kong, China (PR) listed on screen; map shown. Significance of ethnic Chinese refugees being forced out of Vietnam stated. [Representative Stephen SOLARZ - says it sounds like Nuremberg laws in Nazi Germany.] [Assistant Secretary of State Richard HOLBROOKE - says Solarz' description is correct.]
