[Representative Christopher SHAYS - asks why the Veterans Administration did not question the Defense Department further.] [Department of Veterans' Affairs Dr. Susan MATCHER, Department of Defense Bernard ROSTKER - comment.] [Veteran Julia DYCKMAN - asks if they all have to die before the Pentagon believes them.]

(Studio: Tom Brokaw) Discussion of the hearings and problems with Representative Shays presented. [SHAYS - says troops were exposed and that the Pentagon is wrong and outlines what needs to be done.]
