[STARR - makes the announcement.] The threat by Republicans investigating Democratic fund-raising practices of holding two former Clinton administration officials in contempt of Congress following news that Webster Hubbell and John Huang have refused to turn over documents noted. [Former independent counsel Joseph diGENOVA - comments on the possible immunizing of Huang from prosecution in exchange for cooperation.]
