[AFL-CIO secretary treasurer Lane KIRKLAND - discusses administration's not involving union prior to now.] AFL-CIO, Teamsters and UAW (United Automobile, Aerospace and Agricultural Implement Workers of America) said now endorsing administration's economic policy.
