(Studio) Justice Department charges Chicago realtors with violating Federal Fair Hseing. Law by refusing to sell homes in all-white neighborhoods to blacks.

(Chicago, Illinois) Whites pose as buyers to give evidence against West Suburban Bd. Realtors. Negro buyers asked for credit information not asked of whites. Mr. and Mrs. Marion Du Bose tried to find $35,000 home. [Mrs. DuBOSE - says you just realize this goes on.] [Mrs. Ralph SMITH - tells how she and husband were treated compared to the DuBoses.] Home in suburban area splashed with paint because area learned it was to be sold to Japanese.
