[RJR Nabisco, Incorporated, CEO Steven GOLDSTONE - says the settlement reached last year is dead because of President Clinton and Congress.] [National Center for Tobacco-Free Kids William NOVELLI, CLINTON, Senator John McCAIN, Mississippi attorney general Mike MOORE - offer views on aspects of the tobacco settlement.] The strength of the anti-tobacco mood reiterated.

(Studio: Tom Brokaw) The response from the president noted. [CLINTON - says the industry continues to market to children; calls for the tobacco companies to reconsider their stance.]
