(Studio) New York Governor Nelson Rockefeller flies to Santo Domingo. President Joaquin Balaguer asks people to open arms to Rockefeller. Govt. mobilizes for security; confiscates motor scooters. Rockefeller greeted warmly in Haiti.

(Port-au-Prince, Haiti) Greeted by big crowds. Letter from Nixon delivered to Francois "Papa Doc" Duvalier. 2nd time Duvalier seen in public since May. Aid reduced to Haiti in 1962 because of military repression.
