(Cleveland, Ohio) [REAGAN - concedes nervousness.] "Wall Street Journal" report on Reagan aide Richard Allen's alleged leak of secret trade information to Japanese busmen. during his tenure in Richard Nixon administration discussed. [ALLEN - comments.] Allen noted also consultant to Datsun auto mfrs.; his defense of position, in light of Reagan's campaign rhetoric to United States auto workers, noted. Reagan's response to situation mentioned. Former Watergate prosecutor Leon Jaworski, now heading Democrats for Reagan, reported sending letter to Attorney General Benjamin Civiletti calling for investigation of alleged election law violations by Carter administration
