[International Committee of the Red Cross Cornelio SOMMARUGA - says he got to meet with the captives.] [DRASKOVIC - says the government is ready to accept a UN proposal.] [Social Democratic Party Vuk OBRADOVIC(thru translator) - says Milosevic should be removed from office.]
