[NATO spokesman Jamie SHEA - talks about the accidental bombing.] [PILOTS - talk about bombing a site.] [Joint Chiefs of Staff chairman General Hugh SHELTON - says the military action is not the only action needed.] [JACKSON - says diplomacy must displace violence.]
