(Pentagon: Jim Miklaszewski) The indictment of Yugoslav President Slobodan Milosevic for war crimes amidst the intensification of NATO (North Atlantic Treaty Organization) air strikes against Yugoslavia reported. [Yugoslav PEOPLE - express opposing views.] [President CLINTON - says the indictment will show that Milosevic is responsible.] [Secretary of State Madeleine ALBRIGHT - says the United States will not give Milosevic immunity.]

(Studio: Tom Brokaw) Interview held with War Crimes Tribunal chief prosecutor Louise Arbour. [ARBOUR - says she will get Milosevic to trial; says the case will get worse as more crimes are revealed.]
