(Studio) Senator reported approving legislature preventing Justice Department from enforcing busing for school integration; similar amendment recently Passed by House recalled.

(DC) Attorney General Benjamin Civiletti said advising Senator that President Carter will veto bill should antibusing amendment be approved; positions of Senators Lowell Weicker, Strom Thurmond, Jesse Helms outlined.
