(DC) Efforts by national security adviser Zbigniew Brzezinski to dampen speculation that USSR is preparing for invasion reported [BRZEZINSKI - comments.] His remarks noted contrasting with statements issued by Carter administration in recent days; newspaper headlines shown, situation discussed.
