(Bangkok, Thailand) Nixon and King Phumiphol Aduldet greet each other in rain, and review guard. Ceremony soon over. Man throws bottle at Nixon and King; another arrested for carrying pistol. Bangkok Mayor gives Nixon key to city. [President NIXON - says we'll honor our obligations.] State dinner held. President Nixon to make clear United States won't get involved in any more VNs.
