[UN spokesperson Rudi STAJDUHAR - says technical aspects have to be clarified.] One problem said centering around ntns. representative on commission being annoyed at not being consulted prior to commission establishment; Algeria cited as example Cmsn said composed of members from France, Algeria, Venezuela, Syria and Sri Lanka. Secretary of State Cyrus Vance reported meeting with UN Secretary General Kurt Waldheim today; film shown.
