(DC) Commission disagrees with Nixon administration, which recommended no new gun control legislature [Dr. Milton EISENHOWER - says handguns believed useful for self-defense Guns mostly used on family instead of robbers.] Cmsn. recommends non-lethal weapons for home and cash compensation for those required to turn in handguns.
