[TRAVELER - comments.] [Airline consumer advocate Terry TRIPPLER - says airlines cannot afford perception problems; says the surcharge pays for things besides fuel.] [Airline passenger Molly KASTORY - says the airlines should be honest about the surcharge.] [Consumer Jenna KERN-RUGILE - asks if the fuel surcharge will drop from her electric bill.] [Long Island Power Authority Richard KESSEL - says the surcharge lags behind prices.]
