[AIDS survivor Thomas MORGAN - says he is "recycling" drugs he had already taken; says the last drug cocktail stopped working.] [San Diego Veterans Administration Medical Center Dr. Douglas RICHMAN - says drug- resistant AIDS is more common than researchers expected.] [National Institutes of Health Dr. Anthony FAUCI - says developing new drugs is "imperative."]
