[Traveler Barbara BORRIN - says the roads and bridges are dangerous.] [DRIVER - says Southerners are not prepared for snow.] [Charlotte, North Carolina, Mayor Pat McCRORY - says the city does not have enough snow-clearing equipment.] [In Atlanta, TRAVELER - says people on a plane "had water and pretzels" as they waited.]
