[Secretary of Energy Spencer ABRAHAM - describes benefits of fuel-cell technology.] [General Motors Research and Development Larry BURNS - says hydrogen-powered cars would be a technological breakthrough.] [Ford Motor Company Phil CHIZEK - says fuel-cell cars could be on the market on or after 2008.] [Council for an Energy Efficient Economy Steven NADEL - says conserving gas must be done as well as promoting fuel-cell technology.]
