(Studio) Convening of Iranian parliament termed new phase in hostage crisis.

(London, England) New parliament said blessed by Ayatollah Khomeini. Ayatollah's statement parliament is only body to decide fate of hostages noted. Arrival of European socialists, Bruno Kreisky of Austria, former prime minister Olof Palme of Sweden, and Socialist Party leader Felipe Gonzalez of Spain reported 3 said on fact-finding mission. Mtgs. with foreign minister Sadegh Ghotbzadeh and President Abolhassan Bani-Sadr stated. Presence of Adib Daoudy as representative of United Nations cited as indication of movement in crisis.
