(Studio) Richard Queen, one of the United States hostages in Iran, reported being released on orders of Ayatollah Khomeini due to illness.

(DC) State and Defense Depts. said ready to send special plane to Tehran as soon as Iranian government allows it; lack of word from Iranian government noted. [State Department spokesperson John TRATTNER - comments.] Queen recalled seen in April 6 film when 3 United States clergymen visited hostages in Tehran; portion of film shown. His mother, Mrs. Jeanne Queen, recalled as member of group traveling to Europe last April in effort to get allied support for release of all hostages; details given, films shown. Question of other hostages' release considered.
