(Studio) Israeli Knesset reported formally declaring all of Jerusalem its capital.

(Jerusalem, Israel) Knesset vote examined; films shown. Israel's capture of eastern Jerusalem in 1967 recalled; films shown; criticism that issue was brought up by right-wing minority led by Geula Cohen to deliberately wreck peace talks noted. [COHEN - comments.] Prime Min. Menahem Begin said making no comment; Egyptian foreign minister Kamal Hassan Ali noted reiterating Egypt's position on Jerusalem. Israeli foreign minister Yitzhak Shamir's rejection of United Nations resolution calling for Israeli withdrawal from occupied territories by November deadline outlined; purpose of Jerusalem bill discussed.
