(Studio) Reporter reports on major problem.
REPORTER: Frank Reynolds

(DC) USSR considers preventive bombing attack against Chinese nuclear installations. Soviets afraid People's Republic of China to provoke attack on the frontier. Soviet troops doubled on border and equipped with nuclear weapons. China has no weapons on their side. Chinese Air Force couldn't stop Soviet attackers in Lop Nor area. They couldn't retaliate massively now, but can in year Soviets talk with Warsaw Pact leaders who don't want war with China, about possibility of later retaliation.
