[WITNESS - describes scene.] Possible link between Black Liberation Army and Weather Underground said not confirmed by authorities; arraignment of Underground members Katherine Boudin, Judith Clark and Dave Gilbert stemming from Brink's robbery reported Samuel Brown mentioned as 4th suspect; details of arraignment given. Terrorist paraphernalia discovered in various apts. possibly related to merger of Weather Underground and Black Liberation Army discussed.
