[Victim’s mother Norma ARELLANO†- describes abuse of her son.] [Attorney Bobby TAYLOR†- relates how the boy was abused.] [Austin police department Det. Douglas HAVENS†- says that severe discipline is a characteristic of this segment of the church.] [NEIGHBOR - says he saw a church member beating a boy with a belt in the church parking lot.] [CONGREGATIONALIST - says the church does not advocate corporal punishment.]
