(Studio) San Francisco State subject to much unrest last school year
REPORTER: Frank Reynolds

(San Francisco, California) 700 arrests, 100 injuries, teacher and student strikes here during 6 mos. Each side out to destroy the other. [President S.I. HAYAKAWA - expects trouble of sneaky kind.] Students had demanded black and minority study programs. President Hayakawa called it phony issue; says they already had programs. Radicals, opposed to Hayakawa, to be ready for trouble.
