(Cuba) Revolutionary education begins at 4. In 1961 when rich left country, rich houses used to educate poor. Still that way. Education activity shown; education free. Get meals, housing, and clothing. Odes to Che Guevara recited. Illiteracy drops from 23% to 3%. Children used to promote cause. Kindergarten graduation shown. Believe children to thank government for education chance. Critics say education too militant. Cuba says education, not style, important.
