Action Committee (NCPAC) recalled working for defeat of Democrats in recent president election; group said now after liberals opposing President Reagan's economy program. Senator Paul Sarbanes, Representative Jim Wright, Representative James Jones and Representative Dan Rostenkowski reported to be NCPAC's latest targets; details given. [NCPAC chairperson Terry DOLAN - quotes Senator Everett Dirksen.] NCPAC's strategy to defeat incumbents examined; TV commercial shown.
