(Mississippi) Rental house trailers used to replace wrecked homes, but few have arrived. [Louis LASSABE - says have wife and 5 children. Need action. Vice President said they'd cut red tape. Looks like they're tangled in it,] Lassabe lives with relatives in Gulfport. Many live in campers and tents. Debris prevents trailers from entering some areas. 2,000 ordered.
